The new italian resteraunt
We took my son to city limits on sat 21/1/12 for his 13th birthday, we booked the bowling in advance and was pleased with the service( apart from the fact that the girls on the shoe counter could not find some of the shoes as they had been put in the wrong holes.).We then whent to the NEW ITALIAN resturant,well i wish we had gone to mcDONALDS, there were 13 people in our party and whilst some of the food was ok '5' people who ordered the chicken risotto,some of the chicken cooked BUT most of it was RAW, AND WHEN WE COMPLAINED THE Y SAID NO IT IS COOKED. we sent them back and that was the last time we was seen to by a member of staff,we waited for 30 mins we then aproched the manager he said he would be with us in 2 min, 15 min latter we all got up to see him so we could go,he was rude argumentative and although he did nock of the food we send back he did not aply the 50% discount they were advertising . WHEN WE CONTINUED TO COMPLAIN HE THREATENED to get the security gaurd (for what purpose i do not no).we setteled the bill to our satisfaction and left.we would go bowling again but yhe new ITALIAN RESTURANT(well what do you think!!!!!!!!!! )
